the quote, "he is nothing who can do nothing. He can achieve nothing, fulfill nothing, without working." means that a man who doesn't do any thing or is just plain lazy will not achieve anything in his life. Of course because when you do nothing, nothing will also happen.
Like for example, when a man dreams of being a successful business men but doesn't do anything in order to make happen and just dreams about it, then it will not happen nothing will happen.
